Milk Chocolate Coated Salted Capers (Cobbles) is the first ever Indian chocolate to be awarded a Gold at world finals of International Chocolate Awards 2024. It also won a Special Gastronomic Award.

Capers are edible unripe buds of Capers bushes (Capparis spinosa) which grow in arid areas and commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine. They taste a bit like olives but are more lemony and tangy with notes of mustard and pepper. The closest cousin in India would be ker/kair (Capparis decidua) which you may have consumed as a pickle.
Capers are graded as per their size - the smaller it is, the better. We use the smallest size called non-pareil (no equal) or Lilliputs. Lilliputs have the firmest texture and the most intense flavor.
Only the best natural ingredients will do.
- Fine flavour cocoa beans, no cocoa powder/ solids.
- Rich, pure cocoa butter; no hydrogenated vegetable oil.
- Non-GMO sunflower lecithin, not soya lecithin.
